Pacemaster service has gone awol. They don’t answer the phone and don’t return email. The website says they have moved and will be up again “soon” but it’s been three months and neither me or my retailer can reach them for service. My treadmill is supposed to be under warranty, but that’s worthless if they don’t stand by it. I strongly recommend against buying Pacemaster.

Heart rate monitoring system has NOT worked since day 1. 4 tech people have looked at it after 30 phonecalls ....
I got a new one after 1 year but with the same problem..this is insane. I have talked with the vice president (Tom) 15 times (called minimum 200 times) and he refuses to help me (we are in the position where we can not help you...what does that mean????).
Service really sucks. I am speachless.

An expensive treadmill.. I weigh 160 lbs, not heavy at all. And this Pacemaster after 7 month of use has a cracked deck under the belt, Pacemaster wants $260 for a new deck and 250 for the belt and I am pissed off!
DO NOT BUY PACEMASTER, garbage!
