I LOVE to walk outdoors. I have arthritis in my right hip and it seems to be going into my knees as well. With that said, the Woodway is so pleasant on my joints!!! When I walk in my home area it is a 7 mile loop that you can't shortcut. You are committed to the distance whether my hip feels ok or not. Often times My hip grinds the last two miles or so. Anyways on the woodway I don't seem to have any issues with my gait. I can walk at a good pace (4) indefinitely - I'm 48 yr old female and recommend to all who want to be good to their joints. I tried it at my workplace gym and now am looking to buy a used one that I can afford, God willing :)!
Check and compare Treadmills here before you buy any.
