True ES900 treadmill - Very disappointed

I have a True ES900 treadmill with a 15 inch display.

The cheap plastic back of display cracked in half.

I called to order a new one and was told they do not sell them and I would have to buy a new display for $2000.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that that I have to spend $2000 when it’s nothing more that a cracked plastic case.


I have spoken to others that have had the same issue.
