Treadmill repair - Parts & accessories

I am hoping to buy a part to repair my treadmill. The panel lights up but the treadmill belt doesn't move.

It was in a garage and worked fine but after a couple of days in bitter cold weather it quit working.

Is there a replacement part? I tried calling for help but it didn't recognize my phone number for my registered treadmill.

There certainly are replacement parts for your treadmill. What make & model do you have? Is it still under warranty?

If the warranty is stil good, that may be your best option, price-wise. Call them and file a claim.

Otherwise, you will need service technician to diagnose the treadmill, it could be the motor or any other part. You could determine the cost of repair versus purchasing a new unit before under taking any repairs.
