As a race runner I was a liitle leery about buying a mid priced treadmill but I could not afford the Landice that I wanted. This treadmill has held up like a tank as I train about 6 miles every other day during the week and go on long runs up to 12 miles on the weekend. I couldn't be more pleased with my investment.
