ProForm Is a Terrible Treadmill Company and the Customer Service is Awful

We purchased a ProForm treadmill back in January 2018. For over two years, we have struggled to have our obvious problems with the treadmill addressed by the company to no avail.


We are now stuck with a treadmill that does not function properly and the company is refusing to fix the product (even though it is still under warranty) and will not refund our purchase price.


This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

DO NOT PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!
