Parts take forever to recieve for warranty

Body solid relies on a foreign company for warranty parts for this treadmill. it took me over 6 months to receive my warranty parts on the treadmill, in the meantime I had no treadmill to work out on. The company has a "dont care" attitude on the length of time it takes to get parts for this treadmill. Avoid all body solid treadmills and workout equipment. Their lengthy warranties are truly a farce.
