Not worth buying

I purchased this treadmill after looking at reviews and the main website.
The treadmill is not worth the money because of the poor suspension system. This is by far the stiffest treadmill I have ever encountered (and I am a personal trainer so that says a LOT). It is very hard on the knees for a treadmill.
Also, once it was finally delivered the people that came to set it up spent over 6 hours setting it up. Not only did they not speak english, they almost left without setting it up.
