This mill has various features, heart rate monitor,various interval programs, 0-12% incline, sturdy body, drink holder, work out results and very quite. What impressed me on this machine is its sturdiness. Everyday I come to run, the machine is ready and able. Quietly delivering on its mandate daily. When you use the machine you feel it is just warming up. I have used mills that you want to come off or feel you are coming off as soon as you start. Not so with this machine, it makes you comfortable and makes you wanna train.
