Model #wctl860 Knocking sound from the rollers at either end?

I've developed a serious knock at either end but the unit appears to be running fine.

I've checked on the nuts and bolts for tightness, checked the belt for tightness and the pull system... everything is properly adjusted yet the knock persists from the rollers.

Do the rollers require lubricant?

If so, where is the lubricant applied and what kind of lubricant is it?
