This model is also known for having the best display screen on a home treadmill.

Is This Your Best Buy Treadmill?

If you’re a serious runner looking for a commercial treadmill that will be used for home, then this is the machine for you. It is similar to most commercial models so expect nothing but the best of everything with this home treadmill.

However, as I’ve mentioned above, this model is the most expensive home machine from the company. And with a $7,000 price tag, I don’t think most people can afford it. So if you think this unit is beyond your budget, I suggest you visit our best buy treadmills page and look for quality treadmills within your price range.

Features and Benefits

Like I said before, this machine is known for its display screen. It features commercial LCD entertainment touch screen display with built in receiver that can do almost everything you’ll ever need in a display.

The Life Fitness T9e treadmill offers a huge 4.0HP AC commercial grade motor which can reach speeds of up to 12mph and can be inclined for up to 15%. This motor is so huge that you’ll usually only see it on health club treadmills.

The long 60”L x 20”W commercial grade deck and belt combination gives you lots of room to move and be comfortable during your workout. And, it still features the FlexDeck Shock Absorption System that reduces stress on your joints and muscle (by up to 30% compared to non-cushioned treadmills) while running to minimize injuries.

This treadmill also features 16 workout programs which include classic workouts, heart rate zone training + workouts, and sports training workouts to give you lots of exercise options. You’ll also get 7 My Workouts™ Programs and 6 My Own Custom Workouts to include some much needed flexibility to help you reach your goals faster.

Other features include LifePulse ™ contact hand sensors and wireless Polar® chest strap ensures for accurate interactive heart rate monitoring, a reading rack to place magazines and an accessory tray to hold your sports bottles.

Weakness

As I’ve mentioned above, this machine comes with a heavy price tag so I don’t think most people can afford it. But I believe Life Fitness has every right to price this machine as such, considering everything they’ve included to make this treadmill more appealing.

Recommendation

I would recommend the Life Fitness T9e treadmill if you can afford it and if you want the best Life Fitness has to offer. However, in this price range a better choice would be a Woodway which is without a doubt the best premium priced home treadmill in the market today.
