We've had Good Experience with the A7t by: Anonymous
While our treadmill has not been used intensely, it has been used regularly by two people in our house for walking and jogging up to about 5.5 MPH and with the incline at various levels. We have had no problems with it, having bought it in 2006. It is disappointing that the company seems to have gone out of business but on checking I have found that parts are available on order if needed from several suppliers.

treadmill alliance series A7t by: Mary Voltz
I have just had a good experience with keyfitness re my old treadmill.... it would not start it beeped upon plug in and when pushing the power button SI-1 appeared but then it shut down -- A gentleman answered the keyfitness customer service number without my having to wait... walked me through the above steps and diagnosed a keyboard control panel problem... he explained how to get to the panel Said that they would order and send the part and walk me through install of it... the part will cost me 175 and the shipping will be 25 so a total of 200 should get me up and running again...I am a little disappointed because I thought I had lifetime service .. but I am glad to know that I doonot have to throw the unit out and get a new one.. Hopefully the problem is diagnosed correctly and all will go smoothly but anyway that is what has happened thus far for me
