Jetstream Magnetic Treadmill

Whenever I run, the treadmill makes this awful clanking sound. Even with my iPod on max, I can hear this clank clank clank... Also, it's permanently inclined so my legs cramp up after a period of time. Awful machine.

I buy this machine but i got little problem...I lost my guide.

Please help me all the time when i run i hear clank and reset i dont know what i should do...??
