To Whom It May Concern,
I bought my Ironman 220T treadmill at Costco with extension warranty for a while.
Recently a belt got stuck on the track while I am running, see attached.
Should I bring it back to Costco WITHOUT a receipt? or Can you replace me with a same model or upgrade me with different one?
Please let me know what you can do for me during this COVID19.
