Just like the cheaper M2 model, the Ironman M3 treadmill is another excellent deal for its price.
It comes with specs and features that are definitely hard to match by any treadmill below $1,000.
If you are on a limited budget but still want a quality treadmill, then this is one of the better units you could buy. You’ll get great value for your money. But I must warn you, although this is a good machine, it is still an entry level treadmill. So expect nothing more than entry level quality.
Update: This treadmill has been discontinued. |
This unit has a slightly more powerful motor than its M2 counterpart. It offers a 2.25 HP continuous duty motor that has a speed range of 0-10 miles per hour and an incline range of 0-12 percent. This is probably the best motor offered by an entry level machine. Most treadmills that are $500 more expensive aren’t even offer a motor with this strength.
The 20” x 56” tread belt is also an improvement from the cheaper model. This belt is certainly more comfortable to run on than the small belts other cheap treadmills are offering. Also, hardcore runners can now benefit from this machine since the big belt will no longer limit their movement.
And finally, like other
Keys’ owned treadmills,(Keys Fitness owns the Ironman as well as other
treadmill brands) it boasts the classic 10 year motor warranty which is
one of the best in the price range it’s in. Other warranties include
lifetime for frames, 2 years for parts and 1 year for labor.

In order to keep prices low, Keys needed use cheap materials to manufacture this machine. So its biggest weakness is its quality. Other than that, this is a great treadmill to own.
I recommend the Ironman M3 treadmill. Without a doubt, you’ll have a hard time finding a comparable treadmill below $1,000.
