Wish I could give MINUS stars for Horizon AND their parent company, Johnson Health Tech. Non-delivery, refusing to honor our Cancellation Request (i.e., complete refund), stalling, non-communication, ad nauseum. A complaint with the Better Business Bureau has been filed and we are ready to file a one with the Federal Trade Commission this weekend. With all the recent complaints against Horizon/JHT perhaps the company is preparing to file for Bankruptcy? In any event, I am documenting this "comedy of errors" online - and will continue to update as things progress. If anyone is interested here's the URL:
