Bought Horizon T100 treadmill on Sunday 11/22. It did not work out of the box.
Belt would not go. Took 3 days for repair to call me.
He said he had to order parts. Have not heard anything since.
Brand new machine defective right out of the box. One week and still no tech here to fix it.
I would think twice before buying this Horizon T100 treadmill.

that's one horrific nightmare, not being able to use your investment, especially given the season.
I will recommend getting your money back! A repair will just call for more issues down the road with this unit. Its obviously defective.
Get it replaced, or get your money back.
Check and compare Treadmills here before you buy any.
Check my pricing, ongoing promotions, manufacturer, mark and model, etc then make a decision.
