Dead on Arrival

After assembly the belt on this treadmill would not turn. After talking with customer support and waiting 10 days for a new controller board to arrive, I still had the same problem. I was advised to remove the motor and pay to have it checked at an electrical shop so they could continue to diagnose the problem. After an hour of assembly time and over two hours of working with customer support down the drain I returned the treadmill to Walmart and started looking for something of better quality. I should have read the reviews before I spent my money as it sounds like this is not very uncommon. Save your self some time and avoid this treadmill like the plague.

MY TREADMILL WON'T DO ANYTHING EITHER. WILL WAL-MART TAKE IT BACK WHEN I DIDN'T KEEP THE BOX?
I DON'T WANT IT NOW EVEN IF CUSTOMER SUPPORT TALKS ME THROUGH GETTING IT GOING! I'M MAD!
