cardio zone-fitnessblowout.com is horrible

I bought this treadmill from Fitnessblowout.com in the spring of 2007. Included in the $2,000+ I paid was an extended warranty. Treadmill worked flawlessly for 2 years, then stopped working. I tried to get Fitnessblowout.com to fix it. Their warranty is useless. Stay away from these people- their idea of service is e-mails. Even the e-mails are worthless-"see if a green light goes on". They do not care about the customer- only quick sales- avoid Fitnessblowout. Treadmill has been looked at by a technician I paid $135 for and he was unable to fix the thing. It now takes up space and was a horrible waste of money.

I purchased my Cardio Zone product back in 2000-2003 and it is the sturdiest and easies unit I have ever owned! I just found out today 2013 that the company is no longer in business! Very sad, they had a great product! I never take out extra warranties cause if you take care of your stuff, should last you for some years to come! I only called today to see if they had extra bulbs and nuts cause I was going to take apart and move! This is how I found out! Sucks! Maybe they will come back again! Great product shitty ending! Don't bite off more than you can chew!

Cardiozone will not stand behind their products. We paid for a lifetime warranty in 2005 and the company that sold the product went bankrupt. We are stuck with a product that was misrepresented at the sale.
