Hi my parents currently have a durasoft c2155 that they purchased from Sears.

There is no power at the control panel. We had an electrician come to assess it and it couldn't be fixed.


Do you have any advice or support/technician that can come and take a look?

Hi There. This treadmill looks to have been produced by Icon for Sears. The symptom "no power" to the console makes me think the power supply board in the lower part of the treadmill has failed.

If the service person could find the input 120v (AC) to the lower control board, but there is no console power with the safety key installed correctly, then the lower is suspect.

These lower controllers are available thru fitness resellers and can be repaired for 99 or under in most cases.
