belt lube, water proof cover - Treadmill Image 10.4qi

I bought a used Treadmill Image 10.4qi and it came with a packet of ICON WALKING belt lube I don't see any reference to this in the owners manual.

All so I am trying to find a waterproof cover we have it on our covered patio but I want to protect it.

places like Walmart and Ebay are out os stock. The tread mill is great.
